CHARACTERISTICS:

All our wines are made of grapes from our own vineyards, manually harvested by night.

TYPE OF WINE: SEMI-SWEET WHITE 100% NATURAL.

VIEW: Straw and bright yellow, with hints of green color.

SMELL: Voluptuous notes of exotic fruits in the nose; with the presence of delicious primary aromas: Tropical, passion and citrus fruits note, very well-defined and blended with secondary aromas, aniseed and balsamic aromas of fermentation.

TASTE: It is an explosion of wonderful flavors in the mouth; a wonderful balance; a fine fruity acidity completes the noble sugary sweetness. Delicately vigorous, sparkling, light and with a long-lasting and pleasant aftertaste.

ALCOHOL: 10 % VOL.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Between 4°C and 6°C
