CHARACTERISTICS:

All our wines are made of grapes from our own vineyards, manually harvested by night.

TYPE OF WINE: Red Oaked wine (Crianza)

DESIGNATION: Denominación de Origen Ribera del Guadiana.

GRAPE VARIETY: TEMPRANILLO 80% CABERNET SAUVIGNON 20%.

AGING: Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. 

VIEW: Appealing picota cherry colour with garnet edges.

SMELL: Strong aroma, elegant and intensely structured with a combination of wild berries, blended with a fine wood note, complex with hints of spicy and balsamic fragrances.

TASTE: Balanced, round and soft on the palate; revealing a pleasant aftertaste. Distinguished notes of roast expression and vanilla, due to oak maturation.

ALCOHOL: 13,5 % VOL.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16°C and 18°C
