CHARACTERISTICS:
All our wines are made of grapes from our own vineyards, manually harvested by night.
TYPE OF WINE: White wine.
DESIGNATION: Vino Varietal Verdejo.
GRAPE VARIETY: Verdejo 100%
VIEW: Straw and bright yellow, with hints of green colour.
SMELL: Intense and complex. Fruity: tropical, passion and citrus fruits notes. Fragrances of fennel and an aniseed base, balsamic; especially elegant and fresh.
TASTE: Fruity and fresh in the mouth, with volume and persistence. Creamy, attractive and with a final touch of bitterness and elegance, typical of the Verdejo variety.
ALCOHOL: 12,5 % VOL.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 6°C and 8°C
PRESENTATION: 6 bottle box.
